If you’ve been a reader since the fall, you would know that I had the chance to meet one of my all-time fave fitness mentors, Chris Freytag, at an Empower conference last September.

Chris (pictured above) is a former Prevention Magazine writer-gone-fitness-video-star and all around-fitness-inspiration. She has an amazing website, Get Healthy U, which offers a myriad of health and fitness resources–be sure to check it out for some great workouts, recipes, and helpful health tools, too.
