Last week I sent a 1-question survey asking your interest in future Shine with Frannie programs. I was thrilled by the outpouring of responses and the specific feedback you shared! Thank you so much for taking the time to respond.
As a result, I will be introducing several new programs, events, and offers this fall–every one with your feedback in mind.
This first is a combination of your interests in online programming and faith-based management.
On Monday we will begin a FREE four-part workshop series, My heart and health in His Hands. In this series, we explore successful weight loss practices aligned with The Word and God’s desires for our health and lifestyle choices.
Each night we will begin promptly at 8:30p.m.EST/5:30p.m. PST and meet for about 20 minutes for 4 consecutive nights.
