Welcome to Lighten Up Lifestyle, sister!

I am eager to travel with you as we allow God to pilot our course for our respective lives! While we are “traveling” from different places, our ultimate destination is the same!

Here are a few quick things to know:

1.We have a private Facebook group! This is a place to connect personally! We can share prayer requests, ask questions, add resources, and get to know one another. Also, I will share exclusive content with you there. Once you’ve enrolled in this group, I’ve invited you, so check your Facebook notifications to accept the request.

2.Every month I invite you to dive into books from Christian authors with Biblical themes to discover more about God, the world, and ourselves. For planning purposes, you can see book selections for the next several months here on this page.  You can read this at your own pace, and we will discuss at the end of the month–no matter how much of the book you complete, you will still be able to engage in the discussion.

3.We will meet the last Sunday of every month for a group call. Calls will be recorded and added here to the call recordings. 

4.Scripture reminds us that our bodies are the home of the Holy Spirit (1 Corin 6:19-20), so it is imperative to steward our health and use our bodies to glorify God–what we eat, how we think, how often we move, and more! Every month I will share a health challenge–note, I didn’t say fitness challenge because your health encompasses your spirit, soul, and body! We will embark upon new endeavors each month to help you strengthen and fortify your Holy Temple so you can prosper, just as your soul prospers, as we are reminded in 3 John 2!  Every month I will share the challenge with the larger Shine with Frannie community on my podcast, however as a member of Lighten Up Lifestyle, you will receive exclusive workouts, resources, and tips to help you stay committed to your monthly goals! Remember–it is difficult to hit a moving target so the more you M.O.V.E., (More Of Victory Everyday) you will experience MORE victory!
