I could easily binge-watch episodes of Friends, sunshine.
Seriously.
I could find something to laugh at even if I saw the same episode 50x.

While this mindless entertainment is fine for sit-coms, it is not a good practice to apply in real life.

Metaphorically speaking, watching an episode on repeat or reciting a scene line-for-line only keeps you stuck.

So if you are experiencing a plateau in a particular area of life, perhaps it’s time to press “PLAY” and advance through the scene.

Not sure how?
Prayer and a supportive, honest friend can offer a perspective that might help you advance to the next scene.

“Look straight ahead, and fix your eyes on what lies before you.”
