Illuminate schedule

Here is a tentative schedule for the retreat weekend.
A final schedule will be distributed at the conference with exact times and other essential details.

Thursday, November 3:

  • 5:30p.m.-registration begins
  • 7:00p.m.-session 1

Friday, November 4:

  • 7:30-8:30a.m.-Sunrise prayer
  • 8:30-9:15a.m.-Soul Stretching, 45-minute fitness session for all fitness levels!
  • 9:15-12:00p.m.-Rejuvenate and Replenish! Enjoy a little fellowship and breakfast with your new  friends and recharge so you are ready for the rest of the day!
  • 12:00-4:30p.m.-“Done in a Day” service project with Providence House, Cleveland, OH
  • 4:30-7:30p.m.-Refresh and Restore! Grab a bite and get ready for the evening session!
  • 7:30p.m.-session #2
  • 9:30-10:00p.m.-Rest and relaxation yoga/stretching

Saturday, November 5:

  • 7:30-8:30a.m.-Sunrise prayer
  • 8:30-9:15a.m.-Soul Stretching, 45-minute fitness session for all fitness levels!
  • 9:15-12:00p.m.-Rejuvenate and Replenish!
  • 12:00-1:30p.m.-session #3
  • 1:30-2:30p.m.-final closing prayer session

What to pack?

  1. Your Bible
  2. Journal & pen
  3. Comfortable clothes and shoes to exercise, move, and serve! (And dress in layers–you know how hotel conference rooms are?)
  4. Reusable water bottle
  5. Any medicines
  6. Mints, gum
