It’s inevitable. The holidays will soon be here and that can cause a lot of stress for some.
Extra spending. More commitments. Less energy. Overeating. Underexercising.
All of this can add up, leaving you feeling depleted and drained, forgetting the real reason for the season and wishing that it would “all be over soon.”
Make this holiday different than those of Christmas past and excited for what’s to come in those of Christmas future.
sunshine, make a commitment to yourself this Christmas present—to maintain balance, practice proper self-care, and above all else, keep God at the center of it all.
I invite you to join Healthy, Happy and Whole for the holidays–a gift that you won’t want to return, and you’ll want to regift to others.
Better health and lots of good, positive cheer! Who doesn’t want that to start the New Year?
Healthy, Happy and Whole is a 7-week faith-based program that provides you with practical Bible-based tools and support to keep you encouraged throughout the busiest time of year and on-target with your fitness goals.
Here’s what the program entails:
- Group calls on Thursdays @ 7:30p.m. EST beginning November 3-December 15 (no class on Thanksgiving)
- Office hours each week for you to call and get 1:1 coaching and support
- A Facebook group for you to get support between calls
Just think how empowered you will feel when you walk into a cocktail party knowing that you are not freaking out about which foods are “on your plan.”
Or when you turn the calendar to January 1, 2017 and you aren’t dreading the number on the scale.
Or when you’ve done all of the shopping, wrapping, and baking and still managed to prepare healthy meals and make it to the gym most days of the week.
That is my highest hope for you this holiday season, sunshine: that you value your health and sanity enough to commit to gifting yourself a present that others will benefit from, too–a healthier, happier, more fulfilled you!
Now I know what you are thinking, “Frannie, for real? I already have so much to do and you want me to add this to the mix?”
sunshine, if you don’t make time for you, you are not giving your best to others.
And I also know you are thinking, “Money is tight this time of year; I couldn’t bear to spend it on myself.”
What was the last big expense you had? A car? A new water heater? A new purse? I certainly hope your health is more important and longer-lasting than all of those things combined.
And of course, the grand finale, “Why would I pay for this?”
Have you ever received free concert tickets? How about ever paid an over-rated price for your favorite singer? Which did you show up for? I can guarantee you didn’t miss the concert you paid for.
I have found that every time the women I work with invest in their health, they have the best gains and rewards.
It’s time to invest in you, sunshine.
This 7-week program is $200–less than the cost of a new purse, and its benefits will outlast the fashion-trend of any new purse–your health and well-being!
We start next week, sunshine. Click below to secure your spot in Healthy, Happy and Whole.
