Hey, Frannie!
Reality TV still ranks at the top of the charts for most watched TV.
Why?
Because people want real.
You know how to be real?
Share your imperfections.
“Your message, your ministry, and your influence are built from your flaws. People relate to humanity, not perfection.”
–Mandy Hale
As we head into the holiday season and you meet new people (or just want to connect in a more meaningful way with Aunt Myrtle during Thanksgiving dinner), consider being real–ask her about real life events, happenings, and passions to deepen your connection–this applies to conversations with anyone!
And this goes for entrepreneurs, too!
Be real in your videos, emails, posts, podcast interviews, etc…This definitely ups your game for the “Know, Like, Trust factor.”
People have x-ray vision and can see right through if you’re fake. And in case you’re afraid to be vulnerable, know that no one has it all together.
We are all just striving to be a better version of ourselves.
And be sure to celebrate the progress you’re making along the way.
As Mama Joyce Meyer says, “I may not be where I want to be, but I thank God I am not where I was.”
-Frannie
P.S. And it’s time for me to get real and vulnerable.
Over the last few weeks the Lord has impressed upon my heart to share about singlehood during the holiday season. I will be going LIVE on Sunday nights at 8PM EST on my YouTube channel (NO MORE FACEBOOK) beginning November 30 and will continue throughout December. If you’re single or know someone who is, I will be sharing a number of different perspectives and topics to help navigate the most wonderful time of the year! I pray that this will minister to others.
