Day 1 hack: Chew on this!
I don’t know about you, but I used to eat as many calories cooking, baking, and cleaning up as I did actually sitting down to eat the meal. I curbed that habit by chewing sugar-free gum before and after my meals.
Not only are my teeth whiter, and I haven’t had a cavity in over a decade, I stave off the extra 500 calories (mine was well above that!) that the average American indulges when prepping and cleaning up dinner.
