Holiday hack #3 is to take 5 minutes today to slow your pace and meditate upon your many blessings at that very moment. If you don’t have five minutes, you need to find an hour in the next day or two to prioritize you, sunshine.
Meditation helps you cope with stress, which seems to heighten at the holidays, and also makes you eat more of the “feel good carbs.” So be less stressed and steer clear of the “feel-good-now-hate-the-way-I-feel-later” carbs this holiday season.
