If you are anything like me, you’ve likely tried a 1,000+ ways (juices, cleanses, powders, pills, points, etc…) and have likely yo-yoed and lost 1,000lbs. collectively over the years.
While programs like Weight Watchers are great, they are a band-aid on a bullet wound. They offer great nutrition information and accountability, but in order to sustain long-term weight loss, we need to get to the “Why?”
It took me decades to discover my why, but there is no looking back now.
While I used to binge on pizza, Ho-Ho’s, cookie dough ice cream, and even cake I threw in the garbage, then suffer through the guilt and shame of my out-of-control behavior, I now fill up on a double portion of God’s love, grace, mercy, and healing. I’ve lost over 100+ pounds and have maintained it for the last two decades, and I want to share how I’ve done this using The Word to lead the way.
In this 4-part training series, we will meet at 8:30p.m. EST/5:30p.m. PST for about 20 minutes each day Monday, August 22-Thursday, August 25.
During our time, we will align God’s Word with practical weight-loss strategies so that you may improve your health, renew your energy, and reclaim what the enemy has stolen: joy, peace, confidence, and power!
